Can I deduct the attorney legal fee portion of my Auto Insurance settlement for personal injury in my tax return.

No since the fees were not related to a taxable settlement.
Nope.
You can never take a tax deduction for atty fees. You are not
required to hire an attorney for ANY legal action. All courts
permit self representation. Talk to a CPA, or tax specialist, not
polling a message board.. this is stupid to begin with, can’t
believe I even responded… must be bored today.
