workmans comp. impairment rating?
If I feel my injury is as healed as it is going to get, do I ask the insurance co. or the dr. for my rating? or do I have to wait untill the dr. feels it is healed? I had shoulder surg. almost 3 mos. ago, and it feels as good as I think its going to. I really want to go back to work. Do I have to wait for the drs. approval?
