workers compensation denied my claim and regular insurance denied my claim. how do i write an appeals letter to my regualr insurance stating that i am not eligible for workers compensation benefits

  1. Send them a copy of the written workers comp denial. Call your health insurance company to find out who you would send that letter to.

  3. I am a w/c adjuster. What is your injury and what was the wording on the denial? There is a State of MN number on the NOPLD (Notice of Primary Liability Determination) form to call and the sooner you do it the better.
