workers comp problem now what
dont get me wrong i just want opinions .got attorney ok…..insurance has denied my claim after 1 month of investigation .so how do they make that decision?of denied claim,they said base on defense findings they denied..so now what igot my first deposition in 6 days .so what is my lawyer going to fight this ? any ideas thanks..

Well, the insurance company has information that says either the injury wasn’t work related, legally, in your state.
So the attorney is going to try to prove that it was.
Your AA/Applicant Atty isn’t going to ‘do’ anything … it is up to
your Dr to provide the medical evidence, and reasoning to support
your claim. The basis for compensability is AOE/COE, that your
injury Arouse Out of your Employment, and in the Course Of
performing the job duties of your Employment. Without that… you
don’t have a valid claim. Beyond that… You have not provided
sufficient information to tell what your problem is… nor your
STATE. And, WC laws are STATE specific and vary wildly. Also…
your ATTORNEY provides answers to your ”options” not a message
board where you are attempting to second guess your legal
representative. What would you do with the info you receive here…
