You left out a lot of details. It sounds like the Workmans Comp doctor decided you'd be ok in 60 days and sent paperwork to your old company. Ask your own doctor to sign a State Disability form. How about asking the legal department of the company you worked for why you are not getting payments. Also, you cannot receive unemployment insurance if you are disabled. You can also consult with a Workmans Comp lawyer about your claim.

IF your Dr says you are 'disabled', and cannot perform your job
duties...you shoule be receiving TTD. If you are terminated, your
claim is still open, and you are eligible for benefits. IF you
would provide your STATE, you could be seeing better, relevant
answers to your situation. WC laws are state specific and what you
get here may or may not be pertinient to your claim. Being ''under
a Dr's care'' is not the same as being TTD/Disabled under WC rules.
Nor would being unable to drive be reason to be paid TTD benefits.

You need to contact your state's workers compensation commission. There is too much data that we don't have to answer that question fully.

Look in the phone book for a lawyer in the worker's comp/disability field.
