I had acl surgery on both of my knees . would like to know what percent do they rate you on a average? and would likely wood be the settlement? date of injury 2005

  2. There is no way to tell what indemnity may be due until you are
    MMI, and rated for impairment /disability. The number of weeks
    payments will be based on the rating. There is NO AVERAGE rating
    for any industrial injury/illness. All injuries are as unique as
    the individual suffering the injury.
