Unemployment for termination due to no call/no show?
I received workers comp for months and was ordered back to work by the IME doctor. I went to work and then couldn’t finish my shift, the pain was too bad. I saw human resources on the way out and sat down with them and explained that I was in too much pain and wouldn’t be able to work the rest of the week. They sent me a letter that Friday citing no work/no show as reason for letting me go. Will my unemployment claim be denied?

More than likely. Your doctor released you for work so that means you can work.
Most unemployment offices (that I am aware of) will only accept being laid off. In this case, you were fired.
That being said, unless the company fights it, you can still probably get it.
