Someone who owes me money is getting a settlement and plans on hiding it – how do I find out who the its from?

I want to file my claim against this settlement as he plans on hiding it someone else’s name. I have checked court repositories for his home state, but didn’t find anything. I am not sure if it’s worker’s comp or disability – either way, he’s working and collecting at the same time. He plans on hiding this settlement and filing bankruptcy. I would like to find this settlement before he has a chance to hide it.
