approve the settlement for adequacy. Some states provide for 30
days cooling off period. Some judges sign off that day. Some IC&#039;s
pay right away, some wait to the end allowed, usually 30 days from
when the judge signs off. You haven&#039;t provided you state, or enough
info to give you a real answer.</description>
