		<description>WOW the misunderstandings out there on WC... If the claim has been
denied, you will get a letter from the carrier. The employer does
NOT make the decisions, the carrier does. If you are experiencing
denials to medical treatment requests, there is a dispute
resolution process. Because you were receiving benefits before and
they have stopped, you would get a letter from the carrier telling
you why. These decisions are NOT always made by a 3rd party/state
agency. Many of your questions/answers are state specific. So, If
you would provide your state of residence/claim, you might get
better responses.</description>

		<description>talk to your attorney...that is what you have him for..he can tell you...WC will really mess with you I had the same problem.   But keep after them...how can your employer tell you you had a seizure?  Are any of them doctors?  Keep after them!!</description>
