how do I get a doctor in florida to see me using new york state workman’s comp?

In the Tampa area I need an orthopedic surgeon to see me on an 3 year old knee injury. I have workman’s comp from Buffalo,NY. I have had a partial knee replacement in Buffalo 3 years ago and am having swelling and pain in the knee.
My carrier in New York can’t help me she tells me nor can my comp attorney. I have called everyone in the phone directory.
