guidelines... AMA 5th edition to rating disability for one, and the
PDRS/permenant disability rating schedule for two, are used to
determine your PD/Impairment rating... that will in turn determine
the value of your claim...the indemnity payments are paid bi weekly
same as TTD was paid. You can find additional information in the

Settlements are for estimated future medical costs, and estimated lost wages based on your percentage of permanent disability until you are 65.  If you sit at a computer, any permanent disability will NOT affect your future earnings.

Don&#039;t get that lawyer yet.</description>
