Do you know much about worker’s comp settlements?
My husband has carpal tunnel in both hands, and was just approved for surgery. He had to get a lawyer since the adjuster was denying everything. So we were just wondering how long the settlements take and how much they can be?
Oh, we are in California
Megan, what kind of chart? Like can i look it up online or something?

What state are you in? I am asking because each state has its own rules for workers comp.
It generally is a year from the time that your husband finishes treating with his doctor. Although, if this is a denied accident, it could take longer. There should be a chart you can look to that will say around how much your husband will receive.
