  1. you need to try and get disability

  2. In order to receive unemployment benefits, you have to be available for work. If your current medical condition does not allow you to work, you cannot receive benefits.

  3. you can only get unemployment if you are physically able to work. The same thing is happening to my husband. If it lasts more than 6 months I think you can get disability. You may be able to get state help, especially if you have any kids.
    good luck!

  4. depends on what your medical reason is. If its a work related injurgy then workmens comp cannot be denided. If is a outside problem then you wont get any income cause what you do outside of work is your own stupid fault

  5. I think you would be able to claim statutory sick pay. Go to your local job centre or CAB as they will advise you on what benefits you are able to claim.

there is not much you can do you have to be able to work for unemployment and since you can not some type of disability is your only option right now good luck with every thing

  7. to get comp you have to prove work was responsible completely for your injuries..if you have a comp claim pending or are unable to work due to medical conditions you cant collect unemployement, you MUST be physically able to work ,to recieve UE benifits..if your not, then your options are workmans comp if it was a work related injury,or disability SS (which takes an average of 2 yrs to qualify for,tho they do give back pay) if your injury is likely to prevent you from working for more than 6 month and not get better.

  8. If you have been released to return to work, and your employer
doesn’t have a job for you…file for UI. Going to another Dr isn’t
going to do anything to change your restrictions… there is a
reason you are no longer being paid WC benefits…but you didn’t
    say what that reason is…
