Can I file for workman’s comp for mental duress?
I was sexually harassed at work 3 years ago, and when I filed charges I received a lot of negative backlash. Now I am having symptoms of PTSD and have some severe issues that my psychologist thinks all stem from this incident.
Can I still file for workman’s comp? What can I do? Nothing was done to him, he was promoted.
