YOu are not getting any offer to close the medical in your claim because they don't have to. There is no cash value to your medical eligibility. Medical treatmetn in WC is based on necessity, and per the MTUS/ACOEM treatment guides, and UR process. Not even a judge, IF you had an atty, could order cash paid to close the medical in your stipuated claim. You're just going to have to get the treatment as you can through your PTP and possibly the dispute resoulution process... Panel QME or hearing if necessary. IMHO… drop it.
