Addendum to Workers comp?
To who answered my workers comp question. The company did accept my injury and paid for my surgery. They also stuck my doctors with big medical bills for procedures that were preauthorized but not paid for.
This is a big problem in Texas and probably other places as well. They manipulated their way out of paying for my benefits. Yes suicide seemed the only way out. Because 7 years of being denied medical benefits, not getting any help from the state or city, being dismissed from each and everyone of my doctors (who tried to help me) because the Motorola insurance company compromised the doctor patient relationship and destroyed any means of medical assistance.
Governor Perry is living in a $10,000 a month rent house paid by our taxes, he has insurance and will not do anything to help the people of Texas with this problem.
I did give my testimonial at the capital and they demolished the TWCC and now it is under the Texas dept of insurance. Still no change. Now what?
