  1. Sorry, I don’t want my tax dollars to pay for your disability. If you really wanted to work, you could find a job. You can obviously type…

  2. stop whining and living off your parents, sack up and get a job. Its democrats like yourselves that raise our taxes to pay for whiny whimps like yourselves….oooh I hurt myself and I cant work. You can flip burgers, get a job at Burger King.

  3. The must feel like you are able to do some type of work. You might need to see if you can get assistance to go back to school and do something. You did not say what your disability is. You might not be able to do something physical, but you might be able to put your brain to use and do something on the computer. Good luck

  4. try to find work by putting in applications and when u get interviewed explain your disability and if they keep turning u down from jobs go to the unemploment office and get a hearing and make sure the employer documents their reason for not hiring you and will show that them no one will hire u and then have your lawyer use that in your defense! So u can get workers comp!

    Good luck!

  5. I’m suprised they denied you with doctor’s statements. You lawyer stands to collect like 10 to 15 percent if you win, and they would owe you 3 years of back pay (when you win your case, they have to pay you from the time you first filed your application. I got 15,000.00 at one time for back payments) so get him off his hiney and tell him to get movin.

  6. You’ve got a lawyer for SSD, use him.
If not, find one to give you honest answers.
Even if you are missing a leg doesn’t in itself entitle you to benefits. There are other factors involved. Your age, your education, your impairments, how well medically documented your impairments are.

You need to get food stamps and public housing…
get on the waiting list, its gonna be a long fight,
thost idiots in Social Security are just hoping you give up or die

  8. The answers here are mostly on spot. The bottom line is, you are
not ”disabled” even though you may think you can’t work… more
likely is, you dont want to because you are in ”pain”. At some
point, you are going to have to go back to work, and probably begin
paying back the money all those people have loaned you. I’m not
saying you are a slacker… but you are appearantly capable of some
type of sedentary work. Even if it’s answering the phone taking
    orders at 3am. Try it.
