If the state of florida has trouble with their justice system in workers compensation how can insurance work?

fairly for all the people who are covered will their be someone enforcing wrong doings by professionals that abuse their powers because this is not happening in workers compensation

  1. Unfortunately most times your only recourse to seek recourse is in the courts.

  2. WC is a system all by itself, The courts are administrative
    law..not civil/tort. No jury (in most cases) What you may see as
    unfair may be, but it’s not illegal. If you want to work at
    changing the WC laws… work at changing the elected
    representatives you sent to the capitol to enact those laws. Keep
    in mind too, employees are not the covered or insured party in
    WC…the employer is. IW’s just receive the benefit the laws
    demands the employer pay. Whether that is out of pocket for the
    employer or through coverage purchased from an insurance company…
    doesn’t matter.
