Workers Compensation Rating?

I live in California, Do anyone know how to determine you percentage disability rating? I am trying to figure how what would 16% be? If there is a website to reference to can someone please provider that to me? Thanks

  2. Apparently you are trying to figure out how much money you are
    going to get… there are several viriables to this… However,
    that link above isn’t going to help you, even if you could
    understand it. Many Dr/provessionals can’t calculate a proper
    rating. The Calif Labor Code specifies FIVE WEEKS of compensation
    for each ONE % of your 16% PD/WPI rating, or 80 weeks. You’ll
    probably get about $140/week or so, So the indemnity due would be
    $11,200 +/-. There could be some adjustments to that amount,
    depending on how the settlement is negotiated. You are not likely
    to be paid the full amount, but rather reduced to “todays dollars”,
    a statutory 3%/annum discount. Information on PD/WPI and disability
