Watchtower does?
I believe that not too many companies have as many ex employees as generally dissatisfied with the employer as the watchtower has. isn’t this a good reason not to work for a company, ex-employee dissatisfaction? What if the company had as many law suits against it as the Watchtower has had? Wouldn’t you want no part of a company that was being sued so often by its former employees?
Would it be wise to take a job with a company with so many human rights violations?
and what if the company fired 10% of its employees every year/ would that not indicate a power imbalance?
What if the company didn’t even supply monetary reimbursement for its injured employees like bethelites who have been sent home injured and broke to become a burden on society? No workers compensation, wouldn’t that be risky to work for such a company?

Disgruntled workers is the expression i should have used. Would a JW take a job at a company with an army of disgruntled ex-workers, especially if they are as bitter and hurt as ex-JWs seem to be. doesn’t the low satisfaction of JWs and the high turn over rate mean anything?

i would definitely have to question god about his employee relations. You are right, those are lousy numbers for a god of love and peace to have. i would have to say, you are correct to doubt the ‘goodness’ of heaven if you believe that the 33% workforce turnover is literal and true. i would expect even a mediocre god to do better than that.
i guess I’ll just have to get there first, and then if i find the working conditions to be substandard (I’ll only play harp as a Union Harpist!) I’ll just head for the other place!
mOst of JW growth is in immigrants and other minorities, uneducated and poor. The desperate always are susceptible to cult influence.
Anyway the issue is why such a high turnover rate?
Like the company would make it public
The third part of the angels left their JOB in heaven as good angels….
why are you dying to go to heaven when they left that place??
333 of every 1000 angels left that place…..but you say it is a good place….Would it be wise to go to heaven according to your logic??
But if angels prefer HELL instead of heaven…Why don’t you be wise and go directly to HELL……….you ‘ll just have to get there first….IT IS NOT WISE the 33% of angels give you the hint…they prefer HELL than Heaven…angels know that place….and if they left it…probably …using your logic it is a bad place..
If we reapplied your illustration, one could look at it as the fastest growing company in the country with the best future prospects as it expands globally at an astounding rate. Who wouldn’t want to work for a company described like that.

Funny.
Actually Wal Mart has MANY lawsuits and employees, both current and previous, who have complaints against it. They ever aired commercials in my area for a while, paid for BY employees deriding the company, yet oddly, I don’t see a shortage of Wal Mart employees.
I doubt I’ve encountered Many, if ANY, persons who upon being “fired” is feeling all warm and fuzzy.
