okay heres the question i have to ask
if bob had a heart attack while he was under stress at work, can he collect workers compensation for the time he had to be away from work as he recovered?
a. yes, since the attack occurred while he was at work
b. yes, if he can prove that the heart attack was caused by a fellow employeee
c. no since she probably would have had the attack whether he was at work or not that particular day
d. no since heart attack is not considered job related injury
