where can I go for legal gelp,(not an attorney)for a case that has already been started?A workers comp. case?My attorney seems to be on the other side and not mine.
I have an open workers comp. case that was about to be settled but my attorney sent me the settlement contracts that state that I have to pay the remaining medical bills.No attorney wants to take my case or give me any kind of advice because of how far along the case is.WHO CAN HELP ME????

You have the right to dismiss your attorney at any time but no one else can assist you in court other than an attorney. If you’ve already tried speaking to other attorneys and they didn’t take the case, I think your going to have to live with whatever your current attorney can do for you. You could speak to a paralegal or an union representative (if you belong to an union) but they don’t have much say in court. Good luck
