what is an average settlement for a rotator cuff tendonitis in a workers comp case?

I am getting towards the end of my workers comp case and my attorney is asking me whether or not i want to settle i just feel like the amount he feels i should receive is a little lower than what i should get. so any answers you may have post them. thanks!
