rreal:
Absolutely NOT, never ever sign off on your medical bills
of present or future bills. This could & many times it will,
cost in the hundreds of thousands. It might be OK for now,
but big trouble later. Get ready for a long battle, and keep all documentation for future court examinations, and other judges.
It does, your attorney needs to be sure that ALL medical bills were paid from the settlement.
The agreement is in essence stating that if it hasn’t ALREADY been paid, then you’ll pay it. It also releases them from FUTURE medical bills.
Get with your atorney, that’s what he/she is getting paid for.
