I filed in State Court for a Default Judgement, but I need to file in Federal Court, and I want to know if I can file for Default in Federal Court , or request for the Judge to make a decision on a different type of Judgement. When we were in Workers Comp. Court, the judge set the case for trial and the attorney for the insurance did not show-up Ha Ha Ha.

  1. Your question is unclear.

If you have a pending case in one court, you can not ask a judge in another court to make a decision in that same case.

If you are asking if you can file a new case in federal court, it would depend on a number of factors, none of which are discussed in the information you provided.

You should consult a competent attorney in your jurisdiction.
