How do I find a workers comp lawyer?
I got hurt at work and now I have am getting screwed by my employer. I never got paid like I was supposed to while I was out of work. Plus the treated me horrible when I finally returned to work. I am still fighting to get my money for the time I was off as it caused me a great deal of financial hardship.
Does anyone know what I need to do to find an attorney that can get help me with all of this? If it helps I live in California. I have called a bunch of attorneys and they don’t take new cases that started after 2005.
Please any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
Okay like I said I have tried looking in the phone book and I am not having any luck. Is there anyone who lives in California who has actually done this who knows what I need to do?
You are kidding right? the woods are full with these guys It a cake walk for them in Calif they always win and get 15% of what you get Call the Calif bar they well give some names Or look up in the yellow pages

Have the ambulance slam on the brakes without warning. You should be able to scape a couple dozen off the back of the ambulance.
My first thought was to either google it or to look in the yellow pages, but then I see that you have talked to several and aren’t having luck finding one that can take your case. I have noticed a lot of commercials on tv for worker’s comp. Hopefully since they are advertising they will be able to take your case as well. The next time I see one of these commercials I will try and remember to get the phone number for you and then either email you with the number, or call. Hang in there T!
