i had my case now for 5 months is it normal that my attorney only call me once, and sometimes he takes days or doesnt”return my calls when i have questions why is this or is he busy ? how to tell when your attorney doesnt work for you

Yep, that’s normal. An attorney on a WC claim usually slows down the claims process immensely.
Well you got to remember that the attorney has 30 other clients to deal with as well as appointments with doctors to interview and examine and court dates. You claim is kind of new so some of the information might not be available yet. However you are his client so make sure you call him to get an update. But don’t pester him/her to much or they might quit on you.
If you have questions or if you just what to know whats going on
put it in a letter that way you know he will get it. It best to put
