what kind of public policy law or law has been violated when an employer terminates you wrongfully, knowing you where injured on the job?

  1. You could start by identifying what jurisdiction you are in. Then what was wrongful about it. Then how the injury was caused and whose fault it was. Then consider whether the injury had anything to do with the termination, or whether you just happened to have it when you were terminated.

  2. You need to contact OSHA, county court house, or county ” Job Center” with this issue. I would seek legal council on this matter, ( Get a lawyer).

  3. because you think it was wrongful does not mean it was illegal.
    Many states are at will employment states, meaning either party can
    terminate the employer/employee relationship at any time without
    reason. If you clear up your post with additional information,
    maybe some help can be provided.
