return to work after injury with restriction my work went against the orders what am i suppose to do?
I have not got a lawyer yet I fell at work reported right away had no pain til next day went to doc after 4 days than er on the 6th day with no work then went back to work they didnt comply with doc orders I am only suppose to sit not walk I am a cna please any right legal advice would be helpful since i have to be there again tomorrow

here…and you should NOT be seeking legal advice from a message
board. The restrictions placed on you by your Dr are on you, not on
your job, or your employer. If your employer cannot provide a light
duty or alternative job the fits your restrictions, you go back to
the Dr and request a return to TTD status. YOU are the one who is
responsible to ensure you are only doing the things within your
restrictions. Not your employer. Employers are not there to monitor
your activities. Go back to your Dr, and consult with a WC atty.
