    Contact the Labor Board and your state Worker’s Compensation Division. They will have all the answers you need.

  4. See a doc for the injury and see an attorney for the other, or both..

  5. How long were you out of work, did you file a workers comp claim, have you discuss this with thier workes comp insurance company

  6. You dont have any rights until you clarify your quesitons….and
    provide your STATE. WC laws are state specific.
