  1. I just was released from a work injury issue and after 250,000 of surgeries and rehab I received 8,300 dollars I can no longer work.
Good Luck to you!( 1 surgery on arm and two on back)

  2. These are questions for your lawyer to answer. Is there a settlement possibility? How did it happen? What were the circumstances surrounding the accident? Are you going to trial?

There are too many variables that make it impossible to give an answer.

  3. It could take years!

    It could take weeks!

It could cost more than it’s worth!

    The legal system is screwed!

  4. There is no average timeframe for a WC claim to resolve, First you
treat, recover, and are rated for PPD/impairment. Any settlement
money is based on the % of PD you have post recovery. WC benefits
are pretty much pre determined and state specific. Many states have
scheduled loss awards…specific to the body part/s injured. You
have not provided enough info here to tell what your situation may
be. If you treat/recover and suffer NO permenant partial
disability/impairment, and are returned to your job without
restrictions… you receive no settlement money. No loss, no gain.
