How do I report Insurance fraud & prescription drug selling?

By WcrAdmin

I know someone who is currently in the process of a lawsuit and is faking the whole thing. This person is selling their prescription drugs, being active in sports but says that they have a serious injury that prevents them from being able to work, or even move a certain part of their body. Who do I contact or call to report their wrongdoings? I want to do it anonymously…Thanks

  1. Two ways. Your state’s Attorney General’s office, and your state’s Insurance Commisioner’s Office.

  2. Contact the insurance company for one, as well as the lawyer for the defendant in the lawsuit.

You can call the police about the drug selling, if you actually have any usable evidence.

  3. State Atty General isn’t going to be involved in this. That is bad
info. Not really enough info here…IF this person is out on a WC
leave, contact the employer. Or, contact the Dept of Insurance
fraud line, Contact the police dept on the RX drug sale…be SURE
you have the information and are NOT guessing at what you think has
happened. You could end up with egg on your face. Don’t worry about
providing your name.. there could be a award for reporting this IF
    indeed there is fraud.
