since it is too stressfull to encoutering. what is the outcome or any negative on my future record if I dismiss WC case.
About my incident at work: I am recently on leave with my employer and had open a worker comp. case. Also, got a WC lawyer. A month ago, I was so sick and thoughing up at work and went to emergency hostipal afterward. The doctor had acknowelged that I have headage and imfamation of Tendenist. I have encoutered alot of stress at work since I am working in HR. Many things the employer does to the employees are not moral and it is stressing me out because I’d seen alot of unethic and immoral that my boss has done to the employees and I maybe the next victim. Thus it was stressing me out alot that I was thoughing up at work. Eversince I am off work I feel much better but I don’t really know that I have make the right desision to file WC case and get a lawyer. It is so stress for me to think about the employer-my boss. That Now that I think it is not worth it to endure the stress as my lawyer advice my not to resign and continuing the case. I really want to drop WC case and resign eventhough WC recomend me to to see pyschologist because I am still under stress. However, the doctor still reconmend me to be back to work. No way that I can go back to work. I know it bloody to find a job now day. But going back to work I would encounter the same level of stress and definitely my boss would give me hard time. That is why I like to quit everything the WC case and send the resign letter. I can not face my boss anymore. But how I am going to dismiss the WC case since they regcomend me to see Pyschologist. I do have stress from work and personal stress. I am also in the process of getting divorce. I am affair if I do seek for treatment it is going to be negitive on my divorce as the matter of fact I have a little baby. Everyone -please give me recogmendation of what should I do?

It sounds like you have a very good workers compensation case. You are entitled to be paid if job conditions made you so physically ill that you cannot even face going back to work.
I would not drop the case and quit. Then you have nothing. No case, no job, no money.
Listen to your lawyer.
