realeased to full duty can do my job but my lower back hurts some most days and my right leg shakes when i sit or lay down. and workers comp is done should i get a lawyer

I would. If you now have a lower quality of life as a result of an accident at work then it is only right that you have the proper coverage until your quality of life resumes to normal…
and if it never does, whoever injured you, or is responsible for your injury should be paying up.
Good luck, maybe you can find a lawyer to do this pro bono since it seems like you have already been taken advantage of.
