im 14 and i hav 2 siblings, my mom she is very abusive with my dad…. my dad doesnt hav a job because he injured his back wen he was working and they had to put many metal pieces to replace sum of his fractured spine and disks… my mom tells my dad “stupid lazy ass, cant get a job cus ur lazy” my dad responds too that by reminding her that he is injured and has had about 4 surgeries to his bak and abdominal area. i bak up my dad by telling my mom wat does she want from him, he is injured and he cant, my mom tells me, “shhut up stupid nosy kid, u dont know nothing that happnening” and after that discusion she wud take her anger out on everyone… my sister and my lill bro. ohhh just to add, she used to beat us, bak then wen all 3 of us were like 3-10 years old. after that i realized that i shudnt let her beat my (she wud get anything at reach and trow it as uss or use it to hit us with I MEAN ANYTHING) i remeber one day wen i was like6 years old i dont remeber wat i did but after wat i did she got me and started hitting me with the belt in my bak, my stomach, my face etc… and i was screaming/crying cus i was scared, so she got my face , closed my nose with her hand and overed my mouth so i cudnt scream or breath so i wud hav to stop screaming to let me go, so i did and then she pushed me to the ground and stud on top od me with her 2 feet,, (she was like 200 lbs at that time and i was like 70lbs) but i mananged to escape her after a few minutes of her on top of me… wen my dad came my mom stoped hitting me cus shes scared of fim (hes strong and buff) and he defends all 3 of us and he doesnt beat us up no matter wat…
but wat i hate bout now is that shes forcing my dad to get a job(that is heavy, like carying heavy stuff) wen he cant and wen my dad is eating she tells him “stuppid bitch u shudnt be eating, ur not working” my dad just takse all that things that she tells him
my dad today offered his help with my moms van that needed maintenence and he tells her “ill fix it for u if u want” and she replies “ok!” after wen my dad went out to go to the van i heard my mom say “stupid bith! i hate that fucken bitch!” and she slamedd everything!

i would tell your dad to file a divorce against that fat bitch because she ovbiously does not respect you, your father, or your other siblings. Then you can demand to live with your father because i believe the age to choose is 14…..now that may not be able to happen so in the mean time you just need to keep your head up and DO NOT let her hit you or anyone else, and if she makes any threats dial 911….do not take any crap from her….i don’t know who your mother is but if she is ever calm i would reccomend trying to talk to her about things or ask to go to therapy with her….but i doubt she is that type of person
Do me a favor and call: 1-800-4-A-CHILD. That is child abuse, no excuse at all for any reason.

Dude…That’s freakin harsh. You gotta be pretty strong to put up with that. I don’t understand how you can live with such an abusive mother, she treats you and your honest, hard working dad and siblings like crap
im so sry for everything thats going on you are rly atrong and you need to stand up for everyone u need to call the cops and have her arrested right away plz b safe and careful goodluck:)

I’m much older than you are, and I was an abused child also. I understand what you’re going through, and my heart goes out to you.
You dad is not working, and you mom has to support your family with meager resources. Your parents are under tremendous stress, but this does not give her the right to abuse you.
I would call the child abuse hotline suggested by a prior reader. They have heard this hundreds of times, and they will know what to do.
