So on Christmas eve night, I had a strange dream:
I was at this charity thing and my mom was cleaning around it. It was Christmas eve in my dream to and my mom had to work so I went with her. Well Nick Jonas and his family were there answering phone calls and taking money from people who called in to give donations and stuff. Well I saw him and I was like, “hey, I know that guy,” so I walked up to him and said hi. and he was like, “What are you doing here,” and he just said it very flatly with no emotion. I was kind of expecting him to be excited. I was like, “My mom’s working so she brought me along.”
He said, “No, I mean why are you talking to me.”
And I was like, “Because I thought we were friends. I mean you have kissed me before (you’ll understand in a few minuets). Now you won’t even talk to me.”
“Destiny, I’m busy,” he yelled at me.
I felt hurt, so I just walked away. Then I realized that I was on camera and I put my hand over my face and just walked away.
I was sitting at a table and these three kids about my age walked up to me and said, “what are you doing here alone?”
I said, “my mom’s working.” They were like, “well come with us. We’ll go have some fun.”
I was like, “thanks, but no thanks.”
And they asked why and i told them, “for two reasons. One: I’m really depressed right now and Two: i’m poor, my mom’s cleaning the joint and you probably don’t want to hang out with someone like that.”
They said, “Its cool. we’re not like that. Some of the kids around here are spoiled brats, but we’re not. And we can help you get un-depressed.”
I was like, “Fine, but I can’t promise to be much fun.”
The we walked out side and seen like a ton of houses and Christmas decor and we walked to this one girls house and went inside. And her mom was like, “Hey, aren’t you kids going trick-or-treating?”
I was really confused, but they were like, “Yea, but we’re getting her a costume first,” and they pointed at me. Then everything was all Halloween like and they were in costumes. They got me a princess costume (and I looked beautiful if I do say so myself haha. Just kidding. but it was a pretty dress) and we started walking around the houses and getting candy like little kids usually do on Halloween. I was starting to have fun and temporally forget Nick Jonas.
But we came to one house and guess who answered the door. Yep. He did. I was just like,”Bye” and i started to run away and the three kids I was hanging out pulled me back and I was just about to cry and Nick kissed me. I slapped him and tried to run again. But the other three were holding me back and He pulled something out of his pocket. It was a beautiful ring. He was like, “Merry Christmas, Destiny.” I looked around and everything was Christmas-iey again and they only thing that was the same is my costume didn’t change. Then he was like, “I want to go steady with you”.
I was just like, “wow, um,” and then i got free and running off I yelled, “GIVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT.” That’s when I woke up.
What could this possibly mean. I have dreams like it all the time. He has kissed me before, but never asked to go steady. He is in my dreams all the time, every time I dream. That part i don’t mind so much, but am just curious to what it could mean. Thanks.
