Question by hi: A Law question for the state of NEW YORK?
recently NEW YORK STATE had changed their WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board) law I really don’t understand what it is. Could you please example it to me? I had provided the link to the page. This will effect me and I don’t understand what it’s trying to say, Thank You

It basically says that if a domestic worker becomes disabled while not on the job, he/she may be able to claim disability benefits. However, it then goes on to say that this will not take effect until the WCB sets the rules for the benefits.
