pension of 110k per year, as opposed to the approx 55k that he deserved and would have gotten had he not faked this injury. He has boosted about his accomplishments in public on several occasions…how would we have this matter looked into legally?…..NJ…..

Your city or county has a an disability investigator. The investigator will come out and interview you, and any other witnesses. They will then investigate the claim with the ‘retiree’.
This type of gaming costs the tax payers billions of dollars annually. Between short term and long term disability claims… the fraud is horrendous!
